Not all carriers support online tracking even if a tracking number is provided. We currently support tracking links to Federal Express (FedEx) and United Parcel Service (UPS). If a tracking number is provided without a link, you may need to contact Custom Cable or the carrier to obtain package location based on the tracking number provided.
If your order does not show up in a search, please verify you entered the Purchase Order number correctly. If no match is found then your order has not been shipped yet or tracking information is not available, please contact your sales representative for an updated status on your order and the expected ship date.
If your Purchase Order consists of multiple lines shipped over separate ship dates , scheduled release dates, or back order shipments, then you will see multiple entries indicating the various ship dates for these product shipments. For additional details on product shipments, please contact your Custom Cable sales representative.
